Cannot format Startup diskette during Setup due to diskette capacity too large.
Cause:
When creating a Startup diskette during the installation of Windows 95, Setup may be unable to format the diskette that is inserted in the diskette drive. This problem occurs if a 2.0 or 2.88MB diskette is inserted in the drive. Windows 95 does not support diskette with a capacity greater than 1.44MB. A 2.0 or 2.88MB diskette may generate the error message:
Device not ready
Solution:
Remove the diskette and insert a diskette with a capacity of no more than 1.44MB in the drive.
